FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS​

Do I drop my car off to you?

- We have options! You can drop your vehicle off at our O'Fallon location using our after-hours key drop. Or a second option, if you have signed up for a monthly membership, we can schedule mobile service to clean your vehicle at your house or place of business, assuming proper permission and safety are taken into account. 


Should I remove all personal items from my car?

-We will clean the glove box and center console compartments as long as all your personal items are removed. We request that all of your personal belongings are removed from the vehicle and its storage compartments prior to our arrival. Please see our terms and conditions for more information. 


Where are you located?

- 840 Midpoint Dr., O'Fallon, MO 63366 and can accomodate overnight drop-offs. 


How do I pay?

-We can accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Apple Pay. One of our technicians can take payment from you once the service is complete. You can also pay directly from your invoice that we can send via email or text. 


What if it rains the day my detail is scheduled?

- We have several options in the event we experience inclement weather.

1. If you scheduled mobile service, we can complete service at our O'Fallon, MO location instead.

2. We can reschedule your appointment for a nicer day.

3. If you scheduled an Interior and exterior detail, we can offer an interior detail and reschedule the exterior portion for a different day.

4. If you have a garage that can be used, we can complete service in your garage.

We keep a close eye on weather forecasts and will call you with options if we see inclement weather on the day of your appointment.
